This wonderful 2,500 sq. ft. apartment had been left empty for years until our client purchased it and wanted to breathe some life back into it. We undertook a full renovation which included opening up of the dining and living rooms, adding a new bathroom, new kitchen, installation of underfloor heating and air conditioning. We laid a beautiful titanium tone timber flooring to all areas and designed the bathrooms to be simple but elegant in tones of grey and warm whites. A coffer ceiling detail with LED lighting was designed within the living and dining area to ensure the air conditioning could run seamlessly through the apartment.
The furniture and soft furnishings were selected to ensure the space felt warm, inviting and modern. Gentle blues, golds and bronzes were introduced into the scheme along with textured finishes such as shagreen and hand blown glass lamps to add interest.
