Bought for its location and impressive views, Falcon Wharf was a refurbishment project we undertook for an overseas client. Tired and dated but with tremendous space and views, we transformed this duplex apartment with a focus on maximising the space for a family of six.
In accordance with our client brief, we used neutral tones throughout the property with modern furniture pieces balanced with some ‘Arabic touches’ added through cushion patterns, wallpaper and feature chandelier to the internal, double height courtyard.
