PROMINENT 8 STOREY REFURBISHMENT IN KENSINGTON
This prominent 8 storey building in Kensington, London comprising 12 apartments was in desperate need of some love. Our client retained us to transform the entire building into fresh, inviting apartments for the short let market. A calm base of neutrals and greys were used for decoration with bright accents of blue, yellow and rust in the FF&E to give a sophisticated yet inviting space. Bathrooms were given a new lease of life with beautiful marble effect porcelain tiles in soft whites and warm greys. A stunning result and a very happy client.
